The Master Class for K-12 schools will help teachers become learning designers of the future by utilizing Finnish methods. Teachers can immediately take the ideas into their own classrooms and create pedagogically meaningful learning opportunities for their students and promote the students’ capacity to learn. For whom: teachers, principals, educational professionals, and school owners
Method: Micro-learning, self study, face-to-face and peer-to-peer
Structure: Step one: during 3−6 months take the online course (48 hours, c. 45 minutes per day once a week), learn and utilize learned knowledge straight in your class room, step two: participate 4 day in depth face-to-face master class with Finnish experts, step three: during following 3−6 months repeat the online course selectively, correct and master
